ZENLITHIC

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy covers Zenlithic's websites and applications, including Zenlithic Academy (web and mobile), and every other Zenlithic vertical (IT, EdTech, Careers, Freelance, Ecommerce, Solar, Agent). It explains what we collect, why, and how you can reach us about it.

Information we collect

How we use it

To run the service you signed up for: authenticate you, track your course progress, grade your quizzes and assignments, issue certificates, process payments you initiate, and let organization staff (instructors, teachers, administrators) do the parts of their job that require seeing your data within their own organization. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Certificate verification is public by design

If you complete a course, the certificate we issue is verifiable at a public link containing your name, the course title, and the issue date — this is intentional (it's how anyone, like an employer, can confirm a certificate is genuine) and only covers courses you've actually completed.

Who we share data with

Only the payment processor needed to complete a purchase you initiate, and — within your own organization — the staff whose role requires it (e.g. an instructor grading your work, or an administrator managing your organization's account). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone else.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and learning records for as long as your account is active, so your progress and certificates remain available to you. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below — we'll respond and confirm what we've removed.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for users old enough to independently create an account under applicable law in their country, and are not directed at young children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
