Delete Your Account — Zenlithic Academy

Applies to your Zenlithic account across every vertical, including Zenlithic Academy (web and mobile).

How to request deletion

We don't yet have a self-service delete button in the app, so use our contact form — include the email address on your account and write "Delete my account" in your message.

We'll confirm your identity, then process the request — you'll hear back from us either way.

What gets deleted

• Your account, login credentials, and profile information
• Your course enrollments and learning progress (quiz answers, assignment submissions, lesson progress)

What we keep, and why

• Payment and invoice records: tax and accounting law requires us to retain transaction records for a minimum retention period even after account deletion.
• Certificates you've already earned: a certificate's public verification link stays valid so an employer or third party can still confirm it's genuine, unless you specifically ask us to revoke it in your deletion request.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will email you once it's done.
